Service Description
A Skin Patch Test for LVL + Tint is required at least 48 hours prior to LVL treatments for new customers and customers who have not had the treatment in 6 months. Not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding. £5 deposit required, this will come off your treatment, making the remainder of your treatment £40. You will not need to have a patch test if you are a regular LVL customer of mine.
Cancellation Policy
Please can I ask at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment, this is to ensure I have time to fill this slot. I take 50% up front, therefore if you fail to cancel within 24 hours you will be charged this and this is non-refundable as I will not be able to fill this. Thank you for your understanding.
